  2. Cotton picker savings

ohn Deere 7760 (550 HP.) fitted with Hydro Transmission which holds 400 litres. of Hydraulic oil. John Deere 8270R four-wheel-drive tractor (270 hp.) with IVT (infinitely variable transmission).

The cotton picker and tractor are approx. 4 years old. The cotton pickers replacement value today is approx $1.1 mil.
Both are running XSNano NLA (in all oils) and  NDA (in diesel fuel).
I use XSNano Additives for several reasons. The main reason is the preventative maintenance and the possibility of at least doubling the working life of machines, as the cost of repairs plus loss of income through downtime today can be a costly business, more so when any repairs have to go back to the manufacturer  to be done and this could take weeks with the machinery not earning any income.
The fuel savings with the use of XSNano is an added bonus that also compliments my machinery and reduces overheads, as I feel the fuel today needs added protection as most problems in engines

  4. Transport company saving money

We were recently asked by one of Australia's largest transport companies if we could "back up" our claims to reduce fuel consumption and save you money.

We agreed to let them run independent tests on 4 of their trucks (apparently picked at random) and let them confirm the results for themselves.

    The tests were carried out on;

    1) Kenworth T650 semi with Cummins 15 ltr engine and road ranger gearbox

    2) Western Star 6964FX semi with Cummins 15 ltr engine and road ranger gearbox

    3) Freightliner C120 semi with 16 ltr CAT engine and road ranger gearbox

    4) Another Freightliner C120 semi with 16 ltr CAT engine and road ranger gearbox

These trucks would record their fuel intake and log their kilometres travelled under strict supervision for one month to establish a firm record of fuel consumption on each truck.

Then XSNano NDA was added to their tanks when they refilled at a ratio of one mil for ten litres of fuel. The trucks continued with the trials using XSNano NDA recording their fuel intake and kilometres travelled to establish a firm record of fuel consumption.

    THEIR RESULTS WERE;

    1) Kenworth T650 recorded a 19.03% improvement in fuel economy and more power

    2) Western Star 6964FX recorded a 12.02% reduction in fuel economy (They discovered diesel bug in the filters)

    3) Freightliner C120 recorded a 17.11% improvement in fuel economy and more power

    4) Freightliner C120 recorded an 11.91% improvement in fuel economy and more power

Although most trucks improved significantly, we still expect to get an average of 20 - 25% across the entire fleet. And this will mean a massive saving for this company. As the fuel economy will improve after fuel filters are changed at the next service. The Western Star has new filters now, and a bad case of diesel bug infestation was avoided by the use of XSNano.

Using XSNano gives you far more benefits than just fuel savings. It protects your vehicles.

  5. 20 Ways to improve fuel economy

20 Ways to improve fuel economy from Lubrication Solutions P/L

    1. Tyre pressure and correct tyre pattern

Check your tyre pressure regularly as under inflated tyres can cause extra load on vehicles, and incorrect pressure can wear tyres. Tyre pressures are listed on plate inside driver’s door or ask your tyre dealer for information.

    1. Cruise control

Avoid using cruise control for city driving or very hilly areas as this makes the vehicle work harder.

    1. Hill approach

Increase speed before climbing a hill rather than trying to accelerate harder while you are already on the incline.

    1. Regular engine checks

Modern vehicles now are computer controlled, so regular checks and replacement of spark plugs, oxygen sensors, air and fuel filters may be necessary to ensure better fuel efficiency.

    1. Drive smoothly

Avoid rapid acceleration and hard braking, as this uses more fuel.

    1. Lighten the load

Don’t carry unnecessary weight, if you don’t need to have your vehicle loaded up, then don’t. Extra weight needs extra power to move and this means more fuel is used.

    1. Use fuel and oil additives to give better lubrication and fuel burn

Since the removal of lead from petrol, sulphur from diesel and ZDDP from oil it is essential to add your own lubricants. Today’s nano fuel and oil additives (XSNano) provide the best protection and fuel efficiency possible and keep your engine and fuel system clean and lubricated, saving fuel.

    1. Ensure all braking systems are completely off when driving

Forgetting to take the hand brake off completely or resting your foot on the brake pedal will cause your vehicle to work under load and use more fuel.

    1. Wheel alignment and rotation

Having the wheel alignment checked and corrected can reduce wear on tyres and increase fuel economy. Signs of incorrect alignment are uneven wear on tyres, vibrations when driving and steering pulling to one side.

    1. Worn running gear

Worn shock absorbers, springs, tie rods or ball joints can cause excess fuel consumption and unsafe vehicle handling. Any symptoms of this should be checked by a mechanic.

    1. Avoid revving the engine

Unnecessary revving of the engine burns more fuel

    1. Multi plan events

When using the vehicle try to plan your trip by selecting targets in sequence or combining trips in one outing instead of making extra trips (getting groceries while you are collecting something else in the area for example)

    1. Choose the right fuel and octane

Choosing the right octane or cetane rated fuel is essential for most vehicles now. Incorrect octane will cause the engine to “Ping” so check your vehicles manual for engine needs. Higher octane means higher price. You could spend an extra 15 cents from low to high octane fuel. But new nano technology (XSNano) additive raises the octane and cetane levels, so you only need to buy low octane fuel when using XSNano. A further fuel saving.

    1. Use onboard fuel economy metre to learn your vehicles habits

Use your onboard fuel economy gauge or instrument to learn how your vehicle responds to different driving methods.

    1. Avoid long idling periods

Avoid long periods of idling. If stuck in traffic, turn the engine off until it is time to move again.

    1. Battery connections and belt adjustment

Loose or dirty battery terminals can cause the alternator to work harder to replace battery voltage. Clean terminal connections enable more voltage to flow into the battery and keep it charged, therefore the alternator isn’t require to run to recharge the battery.

    1. Loose drive belts

Loose drive belts prevent the alternator and air conditioner from operating properly, and cause both systems to run longer to achieve their objectives.

    Avoid rough roads

Gravel roads and rough surfaces cause the vehicle to lose momentum and prevent the transfer of energy. Constant fluctuation of throttle and loss of momentum uses more fuel.

    1. Correct gear selection

Using the correct gear can reduce fuel consumption. Travelling in a higher gear uses less fuel than a lower gear as the motor revs less. But selecting a higher gear before momentum is achieved can use more fuel because the vehicle is now under load and using a high gear to climb hills also makes the engine work under load. Use the correct gear for the situation.

    1. Drive mode selection

Most vehicles have a drive mode selector now, usually something like “Sports”, “Standard” and “Economy” modes can be selected. Economy selection especially around town will reduce fuel consumption.

    1. Tyre selection

Off road tyres use more fuel than all terrain or highway tread, so choose the tyre that suits your needs.

New nano technology (XSNano) has been developed to improve the way fuel burns and provide the very best lubrication possible. This can improve fuel economy up to 28%, increase engine power and reduce carbon emissions. XSNano is now available in Australia and New Zealand online at www.FuelSaversClub.com or through your local distributor.

Not available in stores, super markets or petrol stations.

  7. NT Landcruiser 30% better fuel economy

    Toyota Landcruiser in Northern Territory
We live two and a half hours west of Darwin and I do a lot of kilometres around the Northern Territory in my 2002 HZJ79 Toyota Landcruiser. I am getting over 800 kilometres out of a tank of diesel that used to only give me about 600 kilometres, and that is a 30% saving. Now everything on my property has XSNano in it (all the oils and fuels I use) and I highly recommend it to everyone. I have seen a lot of crap over the years that do not work, but XSNano is amazing, and it certainly does work.
